One Exchange per Account (for Now)
At the current stage, each Bothub account can be connected to only one exchange.
This allows us to ensure stable performance, accurate data synchronization, and secure API management.
How to Disconnect an Exchange
If you wish to disconnect your current exchange, please contact our Support Team through the in-app chat or by emailing [email protected].
Our team will help you safely unlink your account and prepare it for reconnection.

Using Multiple Exchanges
If you want to trade across multiple exchanges (for example, Binance and Bybit),
you’ll need to create separate Bothub accounts, each with its own subscription plan and API connection.
Upcoming Improvement
We’re actively working on enabling multi-exchange support —
soon you’ll be able to switch or add exchanges directly from your profile without needing multiple accounts.
