How to Manage Sessions

Learn how to view and manage your active Bothub sessions to keep your account secure.

What Are Sessions and Why They Matter

A session represents an active login to your Bothub account — for example, when you log in from your browser, laptop, or phone. Managing your sessions helps you keep control over where and when your account is accessed, ensuring that only you are signed in.

💡 If you ever suspect unauthorized access, managing sessions is the quickest way to protect your account.


Step 1 — Log In to Bothub

2. Log in using your credentials or via Google / Apple authorization.


Step 2 — Open Account Activity

1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.

2. Select Account Activity from the menu.

This section shows all active sessions linked to your account — including:

- The browser and operating system.

- The last active time.
- IP address.


Step 3 — Review Your Active Sessions

Take a moment to review the list of active sessions.

If you notice an unfamiliar device or suspicious login activity, you can take action immediately.


Step 4 — Log Out of Other Sessions

At the bottom of the Account Activity page, click “Log out of all other sessions.”

This will immediately end every active session except your current one.

🔒 This is a powerful security measure — useful if you’ve logged in from a public computer, lost a device, or suspect that someone else accessed your account.


Step 5 — Stay Secure

Once you’ve ended unnecessary sessions:

- Change your password if you suspect any unauthorized access.

- Ensure that 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) is enabled for your account.

- Avoid saving login details on shared or public devices.
