Requesting Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your Bothub account, please contact our Support Team at [email protected]. Once your request is received, our team will begin the deletion process in accordance with our GDPR Policy.
Important Notes Before Deleting
Account deletion requests are processed within up to 30 days. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be restored after this period.
Deletion includes, but mot limited to:
Subscription and payment history
Applied promo codes and discounts
Referral or bonus rewards
Bot configurations and trading data
Please make sure you’ve exported or saved any information you may need before submitting your deletion request.
Data Handling and GDPR Compliance
Your request will be handled securely and in compliance with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This ensures that all your personal information and trading data are permanently removed from our systems after the processing period.
